Claypsidra is a duo for percussion and water; a sonic sculpture gives water a scenic role. Its undulating energy provides suppleness to the performance. Its fluidity becomes audible as musical continuity. The water\u2019s volume, the physical space it fills, determines the duration of the fountain\u2019s sonic life, therefore the duration of the whole piece. The changing relation between the percussion and the fountain suggests different ways to listen to this environment. Percussion instruments -wood, metal and clay- complete the sonic material palette.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><a
